Changes Based on Usability Test Result
Error #1 100% of participants could not locate other onboarding screens. They expected Onboarding screens with a Skip button instead of User onboarding & Sign up/Sign In/Guest User Buttons on the same screen.
Solution #1 It can be fixed by Visual design, but I iterated & designed Onboarding screens with the Skip button to make them more intuitive.
Error #2 & 3 100% of participants thought that Video Call Appointments in the bottom navigation helped make an appointment.
66.67% of participants expected a dedicated Home button & looked somewhat confused while navigating through the app.
33.33% of participants took some time to figure out that they could make Covid/Urgent/Schedule Call by selecting the Video Call card.
Solutions #2 And 3 Changed Video Call Appointment label in the bottom navigation to Video Calls
Changed Connect with Team icon & label in the bottom navigation to the home icon & label with the Screen title Connect with Team.
Added Covid/Urgent/Schedule Call Banner to the Video Call Card on the Home screen.
Error #4 50% of participants clicked on the disabled video call link on the upcoming call tab, Video Call Appointment screen.
Solution #4 Removed, disabled link & designed Video Call Status instead
Error#5 16.67% of participants mentioned that they would not agree to any informed consent to use the guest user/Health Education feature. He expected Privacy Policies on the Payment Screen or Before the Video Call.
Solution #5 Removed Informed consent for the Guest User option & added Privacy Policies on the Payment Screen
